4 c. mashed sweet potatoes-drained if canned
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 stick butter or margarine (melted)
1 tsp. vanilla
Topping:
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/3 c. butter (melted)
1 cup pecans.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all Potato Souffle ingredients well and pour into buttered pan.
Make the topping and spread evenly over potato mixture. Bake at 350 for 35-45 minutes uncovered. Serve hot.
