4 c. Flour
1 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. almond

Directions:
Directions:
1. Let butter set out until room temperate.
2. Sift together dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, nutmeg).
3. Cream butter and sugar.
4. Beat in egg.
5. Add sour cream.
6. Refrigerate over night.
7. Preheat oven to 375ºF.
7. Roll into logs (sprinkles optional on edges).
8. Cut about a centimeter thick.
9. Cook for 10-12 minutes.
10. Enjoy!

To add the sprinkles, roll the logs in sprinkles to get them on the edges of the cookies.
