5 loaves of frozen bread dough

SAUCE INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup cooking oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper

MEATS/FILLING
3 packages thin sliced ham
2 packages pepperoni
1 pound sausage, browned
1-2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2-3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Thaw frozen bread dough, allowing to rise until doubled in size. Mix sauce ingredients. Divide meats into 5 piles. When dough has raised, roll out 1 loaf at a time into a thin oval. Brush sauce onto dough within 1 inch of the edge. Layer ham & pepperoni. Place sausage down the middle lengthwise. Place cheese on top of sausage. Roll like a jellyroll, placing seam on the bottom, tuck in the ends.

Bake at 350º F for 30 minutes. Serve with your favorite marinara sauce for dipping.

Wrap uncooked Strombolie in foil and freeze. Thaw for about 4 hours before cooking.
