6 T. butter softened
2 2/3 cups confectioners sugar
1/2 cup cocoa powder (less for lighter & more for darker)
1/3 cup milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
In a small bowl cream butter. In a different bowl mix confectioners sugar with cocoa. Alternate adding this mixture or the milk to the butter. Beat to spreading consistency. Blend in vanilla.
