1 cup apricot preserves
2 tsp soy sauce
1 T vinegar
1 T lemon or lime juice
dash of hot sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a 2-cup glass measure. Cook on high for 2 minutes. Stir. Cook on high for 2-3 minutes more or until boiling. Stir and serve warm or chilled.
Variations: 2 T thinly sliced orange rind or 1 tsp of grated fresh ginger may be added to other ingredients. To make orange sweet and sour orange sauce, substitute orange marmalade for apricot preserves. Serve with pork roast, Oriental dishes, breaded vegetables, sausages, spareribs or meatballs.
