Hamballs:
1 lb. ground ham
1 lb.ground pork (sausage)
2 Cups bread crumbs
2 well beaten eggs
1 Cup milk

Sauce:
3/4 Cup wine vinegar (or red wine)
3/4 Cup water
1-1/2 Cups brown sugar
1-1/2 teaspoons dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Mix meatball ingredients and shape into small balls. Place in a flat pan deep enough for sauce.

Cook sauce ingredients and pour over hamballs - bake 45 minutes basting frequently to insure even browning and glazing. Serve warm.

Can be frozen and actually flavor in enhanced if made a little ahead. No matter what these are delicious.
