1/2 green pepper
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
2 lbs ground beef
8 slices hot pepper cheese or can use chedder

1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup salsa
Directions:
Directions:
Mix onion, green pepper, taco seasoning and ground beef. Make hamgurger patties and grill.

Top with Cheese, sour cream and salsa
