Ingredients:
12-16 oz. bag of macaroni
12-14 boiled eggs, peeled/sliced
3-4 cups Hellman's mayonnaise (not Miracle Whip)
3 T mustard
8-10 radishes, diced

Small jar sweet pickles, chopped (reserve juice)
1 small onion, diced
3 T vinegar
Salt/pepper
Paprika

Directions:
Directions:
1. Boil noodles according to package directions; drain/rinse with cold water, set aside.

2. In a medium bowl combine: mayo, mustard, vinegar, **half of the eggs**, 3-4 T sweet pickle juice, salt/pepper. Now taste...if too sweet, add more vinegar; if too tart, add more pickle juice.

3. In an extra-large bowl, combine: noodles, diced sweet pickles, onion, radishes, & olives.

4. Stir gently, add the mayo “dressing” to noodle mixture. Taste for salt/pepper & adjust accordingly.

5. Spoon salad into a serving bowl. Top with egg slices. Sprinkle with paprika.

6. Cover bowl with plastic wrap & refrigerate overnight for best taste!

** For chopping/slicing the eggs, pickles, onions, radishes---use salad shooter or a cheese grater.
