1 1/4 Cup Applesauce
1 Cup sugar
1/2 Cup cooking oil
2 eggs
3 tablespoon milk
Mix all together & add:
2 Cups flour
1 tsp soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp allspice
1/2 cup nuts

Topping:
1/4 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 tablespoon Cinnamon
1/4 cup finely chopped nuts (I use Pecans)
Sprinkle topping over uncooked bread when in the loaf pans. Dont be stingy with the topping...it is delicious. Bake 350 for 1hr for a large loaf…LESS for the mini loaves….check after 40 min. Use a toothpick to check...if clean it is done...DO NOT OVERCOOK
Makes 3 mini loaves or 1 large
