1 C sugar
3 C flour
1 C rice flour
4 sticks salted butter, softened--that's 1 lb. (Not margarine)

Directions:

1. Preheat oven 310 degrees (use an oven thermometer)

2. Mix all ingredients together. With your hands, shape into a dough roll (like store-bought cookie dough roll shape).

3. Spread roll onto jelly roll pan or cookie sheet with 1/2” sides. Spread to 1/8” from edges of pan, I beat on it & push on it to do this---must be even throughout the pan.

4. Use fork to make holes through to bottom of pan, about 1/2” apart.

5. Bake for 45 minutes. Remove from oven.

6. Cut immediately into 2” squares & sprinkle with sugar.
