2 large baking potatoes
2 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp. fresh gound pepper
1/3 olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Quarter the potatoes by first cutting them in half and than cut them 3 more times into thick quarters. Mix together oil and garlic and press potatoes into mixture on both sides. Put on baking sheet and bake at 375 for 25 min. and flip for another 15 min. or until golden brown.
