1 pkg (250g) cream cheese
1/3 cup sugar
1 egg beaten
1 cup chocolate chips
salt
mix all together

You can double the below mixture so you can use up all the cream cheese.
1/2 cup oil
1 Tbsp vinegar
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 cup flour
1 tsp soda
1 cup water
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup cocoa
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Mix together and fill muffin tins 1/2 full. Dab with 1 heaping tsp of the cream cheese mixture.
Bake at 350º for 20 mins
