15 oz black beans, drained
11 oz can corn kernels
2 medium tomatoes, diced
1 small green bell pepper, diced
1 small red bell pepper, diced
1/4 c. red onion, diced
1-2 jalapeņo peppers, seeded and finely chopped
1/3 c. lime juice
1/3 c. olive oil
1/4 c. chopped cilantro
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. salt

In a large bowl, combine beans, corn, tomatoes, bell peppers, onion and jalapeņo. Add lime juice, olive oil, cilantro, cumin and salt. Toss well to coat evenly. Chill for 1-2 hours.
