1 1/2 C. butter
2 1/2 C. sugar
4 Eggs
1/4 tsp. lemon juice
6 C. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, lemon juice and vanilla. Add flour and dry ingredients a little at a time. Roll in equal parts flour and sugar, cut into desired shapes. Bake 400º for 3 to 5 minutes.
