2 eggs
1/2 c. butter
1 c. milk
1 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 small chopped onion
1 thawed and drained 10 oz. package frozen spinach
1 lb. cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 3 ingredients, and add flour, salt, and baking powder. Mix and add onion, spinach, and cheese. Mix and bake at 350º for 35 minutes in a 9 X 11 baking dish. Edges should be brown.
