1 c. vegetable oil
1 c. red wine vinegar
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. minced chives (or green onions)
1/4 c. minced celery
2 T. minced green pepper, opt.
2 T. watercress, opt.
2 tsp. dry mustard
1 T. Worcestershire
2 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
Fresh spinach
hard-boiled egg
crisp bacon
Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 11 ingredients and pour over fresh spinach. Crumble hard-boiled eggs and crisp bacon over top. Toss lightly.
