2 cups olive oil
1 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup cooking sherry
1/4 cup water
8 ounces crumbled blue cheese
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon oregano flakes
1 teaspoon parsley flakes
1 tablespoon garlic powder (or minced garlic clove)
1 tablespoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon thyme
1/4 grated Parmesan cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together (except 3 ounces of Blue Cheese) in Blender. Once mixed add the last 3 ounces of Blue Cheese in chunks. Bottle dressing and let stand at room temperature for one day. Then keep refrigerated.
