Peanut Butter Cake

1 Stick Butter
1/2 Cup Peanut Butter
1 Cup Water
1/2 Cup Oil
2 Cup Sugar
2 Cup Flour
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 tsp. Baking Soda
2 Eggs (slightly beaten)
1/2 Cup Milk


Peanut Butter Frosting

1 Stick Butter
1/3 Cup Milk
1/2 Cup Peanut Butter
1 lb. Powdered Sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Bring 1 stick of butter, 1/2 cup peanut butter, water, and oil to a boil. Take off burner and add regular sugar, flour, 1 tsp. vanilla, baking soda, eggs and 1/2 cup milk. Stir until well blended. Pour into well greased and floured jellyroll pan.

Bake 20 minutes at 375º.

While cake is baking (about 10 minutes before done) start your frosting. This frosting is also delicious on brownies or chocolate chip bars or anything else that sound good with peanut butter icing.

Peanut-Butter Frosting: 1 stick of butter, 1/3 cup milk, 1/2 cup of peanut butter, powdered sugar and 1 tsp. of vanilla.

Cook to a boil the butter, milk and peanut butter. Remove from heat, add powered sugar and vanilla. Beat until smooth.

Pour over warm cake.
