1 Package Oreo Cookies (approximately 35 cookies)
1 Stick Butter (melted)
1 (8 oz.) Cream Cheese
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 Cup Powdered Sugar
2 (8 oz.) Containers Cool Whip
1 Small Box Chocolate Pudding (instant)
1 Small Box Vanilla Pudding (instant)
3 Cups Milk

Crush oreos reserving 1/2 cup mix with melted butter and press into bottom of 9x13 pan. Chill.

Beat cream cheese with vanilla, then add powered sugar. Fold in 1 container of cool whip. Spread on chilled oreo crumbles. Next, mix together chocolate and vanilla pudding with milk until thickened. Pour over cream cheese layer. Top with thawed cool whip and reserve oreo crumbles. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
