4 eggs
2/3 c. vegetable oil
3 jars babyfood carrots
1 small can crushed pineapple-drained
2 c. sugar
1 c. finely shredded carrots
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. raisins
3/4 c. walnuts

Icing:
8 oz. package cream cheese
1 c. sifted powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 T. real butter

Beat icing ingredients together until fluffy

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease or spray a 9 x 13 cake pan.
Beat eggs, oil, babyfood, pineapple, sugar and carrots.
Sift together flour, soda, salt, cinnamon.
Add raisins and nuts to dry mixture so they do not sink while baking.
Mix wet and dry ingredients together and beat well.
Bake 45-50 minutes until center is firm.

Cool completely before icing.
