1 stick butter - room temperature
1 c. white sugar
1 c. corn oil
1 c. oatmeal
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp salt
1 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. crushed corn flakes
3 1/2 c. plain flour
1 tsp. soda
Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and butter. Add oil. Add egg and vanilla. Mix soda and salt in flour and add to mixture. Use mixer to this point then use spoon tomix in oatmeal, cornflakes, and nuts. Spray cookie sheet with PAM one time. Drop by teaspoons on cookie sheet. Bake 12-15 mins. at 325º.
