Ingredients:
1 Cup Butter (soften)
1/2 Cup Sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla
2 Cups Flour (sifted)
1 Cup Pecans (finely chopped)
1 Package Hershey Kisses
Powder Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, sugar, and vanilla until very light and fluffy. Add sifted flour and nuts, blending well. Chill dough for 1 hour.

Meanwhile, unwrap kisses.

Preheat oven to 375º.

Shape dough around kisses using about 1 tbsp. of dough for each. Roll to make a ball. Be sure to cover the candy Kiss completely.

Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 12 minutes (I find this varies - usually ready in 7 minutes) or until set but not brown. (Watch carefully, they turn brown quickly)

Remove from cookie sheet onto absorbent paper and cool slightly. While still warm roll in powder sugar.

Cool Completely before storing. Store in tightly covered container. Roll in sugar again before serving, if desired.
