1 lb. orecchiette or medium shells
8 cups baby spinach
1 lb. medium shrimp, deviened and shelled
1 cup small sprigs parsley
1/3 cup olive oil
juice and finely grated zest of lemon
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. crushed hot red pepper flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water according to package directions, adding spinach, shrimp and parsley during last minute of cooking. Drain in a colander.

Meanwhile, stir together oil, lemon juice and zest, salt and pepper flakes in a large bowl. Add pasta mixture and toss.
