50 gram (2 oz.) butter (remember, the one without salt, okay?)
250 gram (9 oz.) flour (needs to be sifted)
250 gram (9 oz.) sugar
4 eggs
250 ml (1 Cup) red wine
1 tsp cinnamon
1 pkt vanillin sugar (above the sink cabinet)
1 pkt baking powder
1.5 Tbsp kakao (but not hot choc powder)
150 gram (5.5 oz.) choc pieces

Directions:

With the hand mixer beat the butter until soft (take it out off fridge 20 min early), add eggs and sugar and beat until you canīt feel the sugar any longer. Add cinnamon, vanillin sugar and cocoa and beat until it looks white. Add the flour, mixed with baking powder, and the wine. Best is to add half of the flour mix first, then half of the wine, then the flour and then the rest of the wine and each time keep mixing it. In the end mix in the choc pieces by hand...you know lifting it under the mix.

Bake at 150 C (302 F) for about 50 min.
