3 cans of diced tomatoes (crushed works well too)
1 can of Rotel tomatoes (original)
1 chopped medium sz onion
1 bunch of cilantro
3 red chilies (Pepperonis)
1 head of garlic
Juice of one lime, About an oz
2 TBS of cumin
2 TBS of garlic salt
**Optional: You can Shred a small pkg of carrots with the other chopped items to add volume

Directions:

Chop the onion, cilantro, chilies finely......

MIX together.

Use a blender or food processor on low speed.
