3 eggs seperated
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 cups flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
2 cups buttermilk
1 tsp. caradamon or vanilla
3 tbsp. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg yolks, add sugar butter and salt. Add part of buttermilk alternating with dry ingredients. Mix well. Fold into beaten egg whites
Fill batter into aebleskiver pan. Serve with raspberrie jam or syrup.
