Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 lb. pork sausage
1 16 oz. loaf, frozen bread dough**Thawed (See Below)
1 pkg. shredded mozzarella cheese (2 cups)
1 slightly beaten egg white
1 T. water

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium skillet cook sausage until no longer pink: drain. Set aside. On a lightly floured surface roll dough into a 15 x 8 inch rectangle. Sprinkle cheese over dough, leaving 1-inch border around all edges and ends. Top with sausage. Bring long sides of dough together; pinch to seal edges and ends. Place loaf, seam-side down, on greased baking sheet. Combine egg white and water; brush over loaf. Bake in a 350º oven 30-35 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand 8 to 10 minutes; cut into slices and serve.

**To thaw frozen dough loaf; spray wax paper with a non-stick spray and wrap frozen dough in wax paper and place on a plate in microwave for about 1 minute 50 seconds and then check dough. You should be able to mash the dough in for it to be ready. It will still be slightly icy, turn dough once during thawing process. You can let it sit for about 5 minutes before rolling out. Do Not Over Thaw.
