2 lbs. sausage
1 - 8 oz. cream cheese
1 - 16 oz. carton sour cream
1 - 4 oz. can green chilies
1 - 10 oz. can Rotel
4 c. shredded Mexican-blend cheese
2 French bread loaves

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage and drain. Stir in cream cheese, sour cream, green chilies, Rotel, and cheese. Remove from heat. Cut top off French bread, and scoop out center. Fill with dip mixture, wrap in foil and bake at 350º for 35-45 minutes. Serve with Frito scoops.
