pie filling
1 pound of turkey ground (beef, or chicken)
1/2 onion
1 /2 can of corn or bag corn
1 small can of black olives
1 tablespoon of seasoned salt
1/4 teaspoon of pepper
1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon of chilli powder
1 taco pack
1 1/2 cup of water
1 cup sharp cheese

Directions:
get a greased baking dish and pour half of the corn bread batter into the bottom of the dish. Cook and drain meat and add garlic powder,seasonsalt,pepper,chilli powder,taco pack and water let simmer until thicken. then add corn, olives,onion
and half of the cheese and let simmer for 5min.Poor ingredients over the dough in the pan. then poor the other half of the corn bread on top of the meat mixture make sure you cover it completly.Let bake for 45min then put the rest of the cheese on top and let set in oven for 5min.

I was introduce to this by my GrandMa Colbert in Compton early 80's. we had very little money and she made this dish for us for dinner.
