Chocolate Cookies:
2 sticks oleo
1 c. water
4 tsp. unsweetened cocoa
2 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
½ pt. sour cream
1 tsp. baking soda


Icing:
1 stick oleo
4 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
6 tbsp. milk
1 small box confectioners’ sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º F. In a small saucepan, combine the oleo, water and cocoa and bring to a boil. Remove saucepan from heat and add flour, salt, sugar, eggs, sour cream and baking soda. Using a mixer, blend all the ingredients until smooth. On a lightly greased cookie sheet, bake the cookies for 20-22 minutes.

While Cookies are baking: In a small saucepan, bring cocoa, oleo and milk to a boil. Remove from heat and add the dry ingredients to mixture. Remove cookies from oven and Ice while hot.
