2 lb. hamburger
1 qt. green beans
1/2 lb. grated cheese
2 1/2 lb. potatoes
2 tps. Chili powder
1/4 chopped onion
1/2 can milk
1/2 stick butter
Salt and pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Cook hamburger and onions until brown. Drain off excess liquid from meat and add chili powder and stir.
Cook potatoes until tender drain off water. Add butter, milk, salt and mash.
Warm green beans.
Layer-hamburger on bottom of cake pan, add green beans, then potatoes top with cheese. Salt and pepper to taste.
