In a saucepan bring to boil:
4 tablespoon cocoa
1 stick oleo
1/2 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup water
Mix with 2 cups flour, and 2 cups sugar. Add 2 eggs, 1tsp baking soda, cinnamon, and vanilla. Mix thoroughly.
Bake at 400 for 20 minutes or less.

Frosting
Bring to a boil:
1 stick butter
4 tbsp cocoa
6 tbsp can milk
Add to I pound powdered sugar. Stir in 1 cup of nuts.
Frost cake while warm.
