1 pkg. imitation crab meat or 1 (8oz.) real crab meat
8 oz. cream cheese
1 pkg. wonton wrappers

Directions:
Directions:
Combine crab meat and cream cheese together. Put teaspoon of mixture into wrapper and fold into a triangle. Wet ends of wrapper to make ends stick together. Place into hot oil or wok and fry until golden brown. Serve with hot mustard and/or sweet and sour sauce. (Works great with real crab for those of us who are allergic to sea legs or imitation crab).

Combine: Crab meat to (2) 8 ounce packages of cream cheese, 2.5 teaspoons of finely diced onion, 3 teasons worchester sauce, 3 teaspoons light soy sauce, pepper, 2 to 3 cloves of finely chopped and minced garlic.
