2 oz. softened cream cheese
1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch salad dressing
2 green onions, minced
4 12-inch flour tortillas
1/2 c. red pepper, diced
1/2 c. celery, diced
1 can black olives, sliced
Directions:
Directions:
Mix first three ingredients. Thinly spread on tortillas. Sprinkle on remaining ingredients. Roll and wrap tightly in plastic wrap. Chill for 2 hours. Cut off ends of roll before cutting roll into 1-inch slices.
