New York Style Cheesecake Recipe

1/8 Stick of Butter
1 c Graham Cracker Crumbs
2 T Sugar
4 8 oz Containers of Cream Cheese (Softened)
4 Eggs
1 1/2 c Sugar
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 pt Sour Cream
2 T Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Can of Cherries/Strawberries/Blueberries for topping

Directions:
Directions:
Mix 1/8 stick of melted butter and graham cracker crumbs and 2 T sugar. Place mix in the bottom of a springform pan

Mix the cream cheese, eggs, sugar and 2 tsp vanilla extract. Beat until smooth. Place over the graham cracker mixture.

Bake at 350º for one hour.
Cool for 10 minutes. then mix the sour cream, 2 T sugar and tsp of vanilla extract. pour mixture on the top of the cheesecake and bake 10-15 minutes @ 400º

Cool completely. Top with canned Cherries, strawberries, or blueberries.
