2 T margarine, softened
1 1/2 cups stuffing mix
1 envelope mushroom gravy mix
1/2 cup water
3 oz can mushroom stems & pieces
1 frying chicken, cut-up
salt and pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Tear off 4 or 5 pieces heavy duty foil, 24" long; fold in half, shiny side in. Lightly butter center of foil. Combine stuffing mix, gravy mix, water and undrained mushrooms; spoon onto pieces of foil. Top with chicken; season with salt and pepper. Wrap using tight double folds. Place on grill over hot coals. Grill 40-50 minutes turning occasionally until tender and well cooked.
