1 loaf white sliced bread
8 eggs
2 c. milk
2 c. half and half
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon.

Nut Topping:
3/4 c. soft butter, 1 1/3 c. brown sugar
3 Tbsp. dark corn syrup, 1 1/3 c. chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Fill pan (bottom and sides) with bread slices to within 1/2 in. of top of a greased 9 x 13 pan. Blend together eggs, milk, half and half, vanilla, nutmeg and cinnamon. Pour over bread slices. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Combine topping ingredients and set aside until ready to bake.
In morning spread topping over bread and bake at 350º for 50 min.
If top begins to brown cover with foil.
