Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 c. flour, 1 c. water, 1 tbsp. oil, 1/2 lb. roasted almonds, 1 lb. walnuts, 1/2 c. honey cooked, 1 piece grated chocolate, finely chopped orange peel.

Directions:
Directions:
Wafers: beat flour, water and oil until smooth. One tsp batter in special ostie iron(like a pizelle iron).
Filling: Cook honey until syrup almost spins a thread and then add nuts, orange and chocolate and cook over very low heat for about five minutes. Spread on wafers sandwich style. Place a light weight on each wafer as it is filled to get it to stick. Wrap each in wax paper. These are very delicate and can break easily.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Mom loved these and would make them at Christmas. The wafers are very delicate but even if they break it still tastes good.
