1 1/4 c. shortening
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 1/4 c. flour
1 1/4 c. brown sugar
2 1/4 c. oatmeal
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. soda
3/4 c. peanut butter

Icing:
1/3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. cocoa
2 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. peanut butter
Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening and sugars. Add eggs, peanut butter, and vanilla. Add flour, soda, and oatmeal. Put in sheet cake pan. Bake 30 min.at 325º.

Icing:
Mix cocoa, milk, and peanut butter, stir over low heat to boil. Remove from heat and add powdered sugar. Frost cooled bars in pan.
