1 c. Shortening
1 c. Sugar
1 c. Brown Sugar
2 Eggs
2 c. Flour
2 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Baking Powder
1 c. Coconut
1 c. Oatmeal
1 c. Chopped Pecans
2 c. Corn Flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar and shortening. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix together flour, soda, salt, and baking soda. Add to above, mix will add oatmeal, coconut and pecans. Add cornflake. May have to mix buy hand. Drop by teaspoon full onto a greased baking sheet. Bake at 375º for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown but not hard. Makes 4 dozen.
