2 c. rice, cooked
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
2 pkg. broccoli, cooked, chopped, and frozen
1/4 c. butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 small jar of Cheese Whiz
parmesan cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and celery in butter. Mix all ingredients in bowl and place in 2 quart casserole dish. Bake at 350º with lid on for 30 minutes. Take lid off and bake 15 minutes to brown the top of the casserole.
