1 cup flour
1/2 cup butter (softened)
1 cup chopped pecans
1- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
1 cup sugar
1- 8 oz Cool Whip
2- 3.4 oz chocolate instant pudding
2- 3.4 oz vanilla instant pudding
3 cups milk
Hershey candy bar or miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips

Prepare bottom crust by mixing flour, butter, and pecans until crumbled. Press into greased 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 350º until golden.
Beat cream cheese until smooth while adding sugar. Fold in half of whipped topping. Spread mixture over cooled crust. Combine chocolate and vanilla pudding. Beat in milk until smooth and thickened. Spread over cream cheese layer. Spread remaining whipped topping over top. Sprinkle with grated chocolate candy bar or miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips.
Cover and refrigerate overnight!!
