1 c. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
1 can pineapple or peaches, crushed
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Mix brown sugar, cornstarch, and salt in saucepan. Stir in fruit, lemon, and mustard. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture thickens and boils. Boil and stir for one minute.

Pineapple works well with ham while peach works with rock-cornish hen.
