16 oz. mozzarella cheese
lemon juice
margarine
flour tortillas, soft
tomatoes
jalepeno pepper
1 onion

Directions:
Directions:
Salsa Fundido sauce: Cut tomatoes into bite-size pieces. Cut jalepeno and onion before mixing together.

Place cheese slices on bottom of microwavable dish. Add lemon juice and margarine. Heat in microwave until mixtures is thoroughly melted. Once heated, mix with spoon. Place melted cheese in flour tortilla and then add salsa fundido. Roll tortilla.

Warm tortillas for 15-30 seconds before filling. Casa fundido can be an appetizer before tacos, fajitas, or other Mexican entrees. Serve with taco chips and salsa for parties.
