2 c. soft bread crumbs
1 c. apple, finely chopped
1 Tbsp. parsley, snipped
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/3 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 egg, beaten
1 lb. bacon, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Combine bread crumbs, apple, onion, parsley, salt, and pepper. Lastly, add milk and egg. Mix ingredients well. Cut each slice of bacon in half. Shape crumb mixture into balls. Wrap each ball in bacon half and secure with toothpick. Place on wire rack in baking dish. Bake at 375º for 30-35 minutes.
