1 envelope Knox gelatin
3 T. cold water
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (6 oz.) can crabmeat, drained and flaked
1 c. finely chopped celery
3/4 c. mayonnaise
3 T. grated onion
1 T. lemon juice
garnishes: pimiento strips, celery strips, stuffed olives, parsley sprigs

Oil a one-quart fish or other shaped mild. Sprinkle gelatin over cold water in a small cup. Heat soup in a medium-size pan over low heat until hot; remove from heat. Add gelatin and stir until dissolved. Add remaining ingredients except garnishes. Spoon into mold chill 3 hours or more until firm. Unmold and garnish as desired. Serve with a variety of crackers. Yield 10-12 servings
