1 tbsp. Butter
1 Large Onion (chopped)
3 Cups Cooked Chicken (chopped)
3 (14 oz.) Cans Chicken Broth or Homemade Broth
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup (undiluted)
1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup (undiluted)
1 (8 oz.) Package Spaghetti (broken in two)
7 Celery Ribs (diced)
6 Medium Carrots (diced)
1 tsp. Poultry Seasoning
1 tsp. Black Pepper
1 tsp. Lemon Rind (grated)
2 Cups Milk
2 Cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese (shredded)

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and saute onions till tender. Stir in chicken and next 9 ingredients. Add spaghetti last. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes.

Remove from heat and stir in milk, return to simmer. Remove from heat and let stand 10 minutes, add cheese and stir till melted.
