1 lb. of frozen 1 inch meatballs
1 large can of pineapple chunks, drain and save juice
2 green peppers, cut into 1 invh pieces
1/2 c. dark brown sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
large toothpicks

Directions:
Directions:
Cook meatballs according to package directions. In a microwaveable bowl, microwave the green peppers until slightly tender. Unsing a large toothpick, place a green pepper, meatball and pineapple piece. Repeat steps with next toothpick until ingredients are depleted.

In a small bowl, combine, pineapple juice, vinegar, and brown sugar. Stir until mixed thorougly. Arrange one kabob on Small Appetizer plate and drizzle the sauce over top of each. Enjoy!
