2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 1/2 tsp hot sauce
1 1/2 tsp salad oil
1 clove garlic (minced)
1/8 tsp pepper
1 firm ripe avocado
juice of 1 small lime
1 can blackeyed peas
1 can (11 oz ) corn kernels
2/3 cup sliced green onions
2/3 cup fresh chopped cilantro
1/2 lb chopped tomatoes
salt
tortilla chips

Directions:
Directions:
In bowl mix first 5 ingredients then chop avocado in small squares add to vinegar mixture and mix gently. Drain and rinse peas and corn add this with onions, cilantro, tomatoes to mixture and mix gently. Add salt to taste, serve with chips.
