8 ounces of macaroni
1 Tablespoons Salt
4 Tablespoons Butter
4 Tablespoons Flour
2 Cups milk
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups of grated Velveeta cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Boil Macaroni and salt for 10 mins or until tender. Drain.
In a double broiler, melt butter, blend in flour, and add milk gradually, stirring until sauce is smooth and thick. Add salt and grated cheese and stir until cheese melts. Arrange hot macaroni and cheese sauce in layers in a buttered casserole and bake in a moderately hot oven (400º F.) until toasted on top, 10 to 15 minutes.
